Is your 6th grader ready for 6th Grade Camp?

Every year we head to a nearby summer camp facility for a weekend packed with high-energy main sessions, worship, teaching, small group time, messy games and lots of fun just for sixth graders. New sixth graders are divided into “squads” with their small groups to help them bond with their new leaders and group members.

Yes, we will have trained medical professionals present throughout the event. If your student is on medication, we will collect their medication at check-in along with instructions for administering the medication. Our nurses, along with your student’s small group leaders, will help ensure your student takes their medication correctly.

Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] by Sunday, August 20th in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after August 20th may not eligible for a refund of any kind.

We wish to respect and partner with you as parents, ensuring that your student has an excellent camp experience. There are however a few things that will cause your student to be removed from camp: We will not tolerate fighting. We will not allow drugs, alcohol, or any form of tobacco. If problems arise we will ask you to come pick up your child.

Please complete this Time Away Form to indicate when we can expect your student at Woodlands Camp.

While we want to leave the communication line open, we ask that both students and parents respect the “retreat” environment. Part of the experience for students is to get away from their normal schedule and spend a weekend interacting with other students and connecting with God.
